Terms & Conditions

Commercial terms applicable to RouteForce offers

The authoritative contractual version remains the French CGV. This English page is provided for convenience and public review.

1. Scope of service

RouteForce is a native Salesforce managed package used for route planning and field execution. Route calculations are provided through RouteForce routing infrastructure operated in France (OVHcloud, Gravelines).

CRM data remains in the customer’s Salesforce org. Route calculations process only the data strictly needed for routing.

2. Contract term

The subscription starts on the effective service start date and runs for an initial term of twelve (12) months.

At the end of the initial term, the subscription renews automatically for successive twelve (12) month periods unless either party gives notice at least 2 months before the renewal date.

3. Pricing and billing

RouteForce Pro is priced at €599/month excluding tax for Salesforce orgs with up to 20 users, with an annual commitment and annual billing. Larger deployments are quoted separately.

Deployment is available in self-setup (from €0) or turnkey setup (€3,000 excluding tax). Enterprise / upper mid-market deployments are provided on custom quote after discovery and scoping.

Applicable VAT is added when required. Pricing may be revised at renewal with at least 2 months’ notice.

4. Payment basics

Subscriptions are billed annually. Invoices are payable according to the agreed commercial terms. Late payment may trigger the remedies and charges allowed under applicable law and the French CGV.

5. Service framing and liability

RouteForce is provided under a best-efforts obligation framework. Public information about hosting, privacy, and data processing is available in the privacy policy and DPA.

No public wording on this page should be interpreted as an SLA commitment beyond the contractual documents. Liability, exclusions, and limitation rules remain governed by the French CGV.

6. Intellectual property basics

RouteForce and its related software, package, documentation, and branding remain the property of RouteForce. The customer receives a non-exclusive right to use the software for its internal business needs under the applicable commercial agreement.

7. Governing law
