RouteForce now uses the product name Tourvia.
The reason is simple: the old name created a naming overlap with Salesforce. Tourvia keeps the product distinct while the app continues to do the same job inside Salesforce: map CRM records, optimize routes, create visits, and track field execution.
What changes
The name changes. The product direction does not.
- The AppExchange install path stays the same.
- The Salesforce managed package keeps the same core workflow.
- Route planning, Campaign Member mapping, GPS check-in, visit reports, dashboards, and flat org pricing remain the focus.
- The current public site stays on routeforce.app during the transition.
Why the new name matters
Tourvia gives the product its own name while staying clear about what it does: route planning and field execution for Salesforce teams.
During the transition, older RouteForce references may still appear in screenshots, technical object names, package internals, or historical articles. Public product naming will move toward Tourvia.
Where to go next
New buyers should evaluate Tourvia. Existing RouteForce links and articles will continue to point to the right product while search engines and customers catch up.
